My experience as a Girl Scout made me a better, more confident person and showed me ways to make the world a better place.

I need to know about these technologies to help me in my future career. Without Girl Scouts I would not be where I am today. I used to feel weird because I liked science and math and a lot of my friends were more interested in girly things. School is so much stress and hard for me. Girl Scouts is where I can be good at stuff. Teaching arts and crafts or leading games for younger scouts makes me feel good about myself, like I can do something good.

Camping and travel with my friends and no boys around is the best part of Girl Scouts. I really like the Girl Scout cookie sale because it teaches me to be more social and to have good eye contact with people. My leaders are the best. I got to dig holes to plant trees.

They taught the right way to do it and why. We also planted flowers and it was neat to see them bloom this spring. I started camping with my troop when I was a Brownie and have since improved my skills I have learned how to cook outside, hike, lead, do archery, tie dye, and so much more just from going camping. Everything that I learn during camping with my troop will help me later in life. For Every Girl.
